Data Analysis on Ranger Training Class at Cornell University Oct. 11-12

On Monday and Tuesday, October 11-12, 2010, Cornell Center for Advanced Computing staff will present a training class, Data Analysis on Ranger, at the Ithaca, New York campus of Cornell University.

The course will include lectures, labs, and discussions on:

* Data Analysis with R, Python, and MATLAB
* MapReduce with Hadoop
* Visualization
* Optimization
* Scientific Workflows and Provenance
